my two cents

Did you hear about Reverend Terry Jones from Gainesville Florida and his plans to burn the Qur'an on Saturday September 11th with his congregation?

Despicable.

No matter what your religious beliefs disrespecting a Holy book from another religion is just pure wrong. Ignorance breeds hatred, heartache and tragedy.

There are a number of pastors in Gainesville who have decided to read the Qur'an on Saturday in an effort to counter Rev. Jones 'statement'. Knowledge and understanding are the only ways the world will be able to experience tolerance, peace and unity.

I don't know about you but that's what I want the world to be like for my children.

    ...and to add my 2 cents worth ...I hope the FBI, US army or what ever it takes close that part of town off to all reporters, spectators etc and have the fire department at the ready and turn the hoses on all the book burning idiots.
