blessing outfit #3

I found some super cute ribbon at the fabric store a few weeks ago and knew that I wanted to make a diaper cover with ruffles on the bum to go with the girl blessing outfit that I made. So when I came across a tutorial for the Perfect Diaper Cover at Made last week I knew it was time to make it.

I used the scraps I had so it was the same fabric as the dress and used the 0-3 month pattern then added 3 rows of ruffle ribbon to the bottom.

Here is Panda modelling it...
It looks a little funny because he has a tail!

I think I made the casings a bit too big because the sides are a bit narrow but I like how it turned out anyways!

    Those turned out soooo cute. I have done the same thing using a small pair of little girl panties and added ruffles to the seat.

    I've never seen such a cute little panda butt! All those ruffles will look even cuter on a baby. Great job!
