Wanna know a secret? This is what used to be under my bed...
(Not the child of course, I just couldn't keep him away long enough to get a child free picture!)
It all started out good- I had an under the bed storage unit that we kept wrapping supplies in and it worked for a few years. Then our supply stash grew and the container broke. Sooooooo I just started shoving it under the bed near the container thinking I would deal with it later.
Then later came.
Walmart had the storage containers on sale and there was a forecast of bad weather so I decided it was time to tackle the mess.
I started by pulling everything out from underneath and sorting through it. It took a while since the kids thought it was great to throw things all over the place!!
In the end though it looked like this...
One container for wrapping paper and bags. Then a second container for tissue paper, bows, ribbons, tape and cards. I also got rid of half the boxes and placed the smaller ones in side of the bigger ones.
I moved the bed and did a thorough vacuuming before placing everything back underneath. I'm able to sleep better now that I know everything is tidy and clean under the bed =o)
